So I'm kind of depressed at the moment... it has been snowing since 6am this morning. I am NOT a fan of snow, the only two days out of the year that I enjoy the snow is on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day... every other day of the year that it snows I hate it. And here are the reasons why:
1. I hate driving in it because even though Utah drivers deal with the snow every year it seems that every year drivers get more and more ridiculous. I seriously can't believe how terrible drivers are, I'm confident in my driving but not knowing what the person next to me is going to do freaks me out.
2. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the bottom of my pants get wet, which is pretty much inevitable when it snows, especially when you get home and take your shoes off... it is such a yucky feeling.
3. I literally hate anything that involves being wet and cold, again worst feeling in the world.
4. I hate that I have to scrape my car off and to be able to reach my front windshield i have to lean against my car which in turn gets snow all over my coat.
5. I hate when I open my car door that no matter what snow always falls on my seat so when I get in the car my bum gets wet.
6. I hate when your on the freeway and big semi passes you and sprays slush all over your car and freaks you out so bad that you jump half way out of your seat.
7. I hate snow plows, they freak me out especially when I'm sitting at work watching them plow our parking lot, I swear they are going to hit my car and it gives me anxiety.
8. I love watching my dogs outside playing in the snow, BUT I hate when they come running inside with their grubby little paws and jump all over our sofas.
9. I hate snow shoveling, when my husband is unable to I have to and it is terrible especially when it is still snowing and you finish shoveling and ten mins later your driveway is completely covered in snow again.
10. I hate that it basically makes you never want to leave your house because you don't want to deal with the pain that comes with driving in the snow.
I could go on and on but those are the main reasons as to why I despise the snow. I definitely live in the wrong state... I need to move...

I hate wet pants from the snow too. Eww when you take off your shoes and you can feel the wet pants on your heels and calves, I hate it.
you are funny, when can we play?
We just got to Utah yesterday and I am LOVING the snow! It's actually refreshing coming from DC where is hasn't snowed yet this year. I'm sure it will get old though pretty quick. Looking forward to seeing you guys this weekend!

What an ode to snow. I too share your love/hate relationship with the icky stuff. Yeah for snowy Christmas but BOO to snow anytime after that.
