On Halloween we had some friends over for a little get together. We ate soup with bread bowls, salad, and pumpkin cookies mostly thanks to our friend Whitney... she's quite the domestic goddess. I on the other hand have issues and just bought everything, BUT I did the next day make my own soup and it was fabulous. Anyways, we played games and watched the most BORING movie ever... I had watched it as a youngin and for some reason thought it was entertaining. But future reference for all of you out there, don't watch Young Frankenstein its lame beyond belief, everyone was asleep half hour into it. We had quite a few trick or treaters this year, one little boy when I opened the door stated "WOW this is a HUGE house!!!" oh you poor deprived child, I felt so bad! Our house is TINY, we only have about 1200 sqft of living space. I seriously thought it was funny at first but then it made me want to cry, poor kid. So anyways, it was a fun Halloween.
The next morning we went up to Heber for our little nieces baptism, it was so fun to see everyone and to be able to witness this little angels baptism. I haven't been to one for quite some time and its always great to remember your own baptism and how wonderful it felt. We spent some time up there with our family which was nice to catch up with everyone. Our little nephew Cole has grown so much, he's so stinking cute and not to mention a big boy! Its always fun to see our little nieces and nephews grow up, I love it. So anyways I know I'm totally behind on my blogging but bare with me, I'm working on it.

Your house looks so cute! Glad to see you guys are settled in. Wish we could've been there for Maya's baptism, but we're looking forward to seeing you all in December.
I wish we could've come to your Halloween get together! Maybe we can do a turkey get together!!

Halloween was so much fun. When are we getting together again? Oh... and I might be able to cook but you have definitely got me on the decorating thing.... you need to teach me how to decorate because I am so lame at it and your house is so cute!
you have the cutest nephew! ha.ha. i might have to steal that picture for our blog. i can't believe i didn't see your house in october. luckily, we'll be back in a couple weeks and then again for christmas. i can't wait to see it then!
